Valves

All Mechanical and industrial products can come with different material structures ( Stainless steel, Carbon steel ,Alloys and Plastic made .)

A valve is a device or natural object that regulates, directs or controls the flow of a fluid (gases, liquids, fluidized solids, or slurries) by opening, closing, or partially obstructing various passageways. Valves are technically fittings, but are usually discussed as a separate category.

Valves can be categorized into the following types, based on their operating mechanism.

Ball valve

$25.00

for on/off control without pressure drop. Ideal for quick shut-off, since a 90° turn completely shuts-off, compared to multiple 360° turns for other manual valves.

for on/off flow control in large diameter pipes.

Choke valve

$49.00

raises or lowers a solid cylinder placed around or inside a second cylinder with holes or slots. Used for high pressure drops found in oil and gas wellheads, not to be confused with engine choke valve.

Gate valve

$90.00

mainly for on/off control, with low pressure drop.

Globe valve

$150.00

good for regulating flow.Uses a cylinder movement over a seat

Needle valve

$25.00

for accurate flow control.

Pinch valve

$25.00

for slurry flow regulation and control.

Piston valve

$25.00

for regulating fluids that carry solids in suspension

Plug valve

$25.00

slim valve for on/off control but with some pressure drop

Spool Valve

$25.00

for hydraulic control, similar to the choke valve

Check valve

$25.00

or non-return valve, allows the fluid to pass in one direction only.

Knife valve

$25.00

similar to a gate valve, but usually more compact. Often used for slurries or powders on/off control.

Diaphragm

$30.00

Membrane valve, controls flow by movement of a diaphragm.Used in pharmaceutical applications

an electrically actuated valve for hydraulic or pneumatic fluid control
